- How do I choose the right size?: Please refer to our size chart under each product page. Measure your bust, waist and hip and compare with the chart. If you are between two sizes, we usually recommend the larger one for a relaxed fit.
- Can I change my order after placing it?: We can adjust size, color or shipping address only before your order enters processing. Send us an email immediately with your order number. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
- Why does the item color look slightly different from pictures?: All photos are taken in natural light, but different phone and computer screens have different color displays. Minor color variation is normal and not a defect.
- Can I cancel my order?: You can cancel before shipment for a full refund. Once the parcel is shipped, you will need to submit a return request after receiving it.
- My tracking shows delivered but I have not received the package.: Check with neighbors, building reception or local courier station first. Contact us with your tracking number, and we will help investigate.
- Is the fabric stretchy?: Fabric features are written on each product description page, including stretch level, material and care instructions.
