- Shipping Methods & Delivery Time: Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days. Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, which may be affected by weather, customs clearance or courier delays.
- Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping applies to orders over the specified threshold. Shipping charges for expedited delivery will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order. We are not responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
- Customs & Duties: International buyers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or local fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the courier website.
